Returns

  • In case of returning items due to customer’s personal preference, round trip Actual Shipping Cost ( please check the bottom) and additional Customs Cost will be customer’s responsibility.     

  • After we check items, we will make a refund.

  • We can not accept to return items over 7 days have passed after delivery. We appreciate your understanding in advance.

    Exchange

  • Shipping fee and difference of item price will be charged or refund when items will be reshipped.

  • In case of defective items, items different from customer order or wrong quantity of items are shipped, we are respond to shipping and reshipping fee.

    Conditions of returning or exchange

  • Bicycle frame sets and components must be unassembled, unused, no scar and clean.

  • If the condition of a return item is different from the one when it was originally shipped and packed, a full refund may not be made.

    Actual shipping cost

  • Actual shipping cost are normally higher than we charged from our online shop( Because we want to save your wallet at first place) Please check your actual round way shipping cost with us and your local carrier.

    Customs and Duties

  • International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are not included at checkout and must be paid by the buyer upon delivery.
    If an order is refused or unclaimed due to unpaid customs charges, we are unable to refund the original shipping cost, and any return freight or fees charged to us will be deducted from the refund.
